2018 VEGA Harescramble was an amazing event in Northern Alberta held by the NASTE offroad Club (Northern Alberta Single Track enthusiasts) in the AMSA offroad Series.

Friday was interesting with monsoon rains, baseball hail in some regions near the event, luckily with the amount of sand in the race course water drained off, to a point, but was great traction all day.

Sunday Classes piled into the Starting gate #1 for the 1 to 1.5hr event.

Scoring was selling clothes for their grandma (or so he claimed) Great washclothes!!

Jason Schrage is all about streamlining his flow to catch the fast Trystan Hart & Luke Sydor. Hence no visor.

Brad Elder Finished 1st in 40A collecting 30 Points Total.

The Finish line crew was great fun all day and was straight to business when riders arrived.

Riders flocked to the live scoring tent to see how they finished.

Trystan Hart was 2nd on the 1st lap but gained a solid lead of 4 min at the end of the 5 lap race.

Kristen was happy with her finish with her first year on her new 4 stroke KTM

Chase Cuthbertson was Styling on his Husq. With the Organizers opting for a 1.5hr race it put a new challenge to the Youth Intermediates
