Shannon Phillips got herself in hot water when she lied about the RCMP’s involvement in fake threats against public information sessions in Alberta, Which she in turn canceled. This only grew greater interest as to WHY they were canceled and mismanaged so poorly in the first place. Public Backlash and opposition demanded info sessions be put on.

Official Public Consultations have yet to be held. 

Not only does Phillips dig herself a very large hole, but she also brings her best friend, Rachel Notley of the NDP into it with her with constant lies, deception, and misinformation from American companies to support her claims.
